Toledo is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Toledo follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Perfect for family photo sessions, a walk, enjoying flowers, sitting and gazing at the pond or allowing the kids to play in the Secret Forest. So quiet and relaxing! And enjoyable place for all with lots of seating for those who need lots of resting spots.

Beautiful and relaxing! Regardless if you want to take a quiet stroll, have a picnic, read a book, or play catch, this spot is the place to be. Nature's natural beauty surrounds you and leaves you feeling at peace and relaxed. *Pets not allowed. Though for us animal lovers, that may be a bummer, it keeps the garden nice and clean, since we all know so many cannot cleanup after their animals.

This place is absolutely beautiful! They have so many different flowers and plants. I love the huge Hosta garden and never realized that there were so many different Hostas! This is definitely a great place to take a stroll with the family.

Toledo Botanical Gardens has much to offer and it is free to walk through the gardens. Peter Navarreโs cabin, the first settler in the area, is in the middle of the gardensโ. There is an artistic village: and maybe you will learn to make clay pots or glass. There are ponds with huge Bull Frogs, and hosta shade gardens to meander. Now, the gardenโs sponsor night markets. Visit any day in the week. It is a magical escape. Plan to visit when the jazz concerts happen in the summer evenings.
